About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Selling Sales Manager who can personally close sales, build a high-performing commissioned sales team, and drive store revenue. This role offers a growth opportunity into General Manager, with broader responsibility for store operations and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Personally sell furniture, appliances, flooring, and home improvement products.
- Assist customers, handle objections, present financing options, and close deals.
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach commissioned salespeople.
- Establish sales processes, CRM follow-ups, and closing strategies.
- Hire and train a marketing employee to generate leads, promotions, and store traffic.
- Track leads, appointments, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Lead from the sales floor and help build a strong sales team.
- Progress into a General Manager role based on performance and team readiness.
Qualifications
- Experience in furniture or appliance retail sales management preferred.
- Automotive sales managers and flooring or home improvement showroom leaders are encouraged to apply.
- Proven ability to sell personally while leading a sales team.
- Experience recruiting, training, and coaching commissioned salespeople.
- Strong closing, negotiation, customer service, and financing skills.
- Ability to generate leads, increase store traffic, and grow revenue.
- Willingness to work 6–7 days per week initially while building the team.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
